Jessica A. Caballero


Dr. Jessica Caballero was born and raised right here in the Bayou City. After attending The University of Houston-Downtown, Dr. Caballero began her dental studies at The University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston.

In 2002, Dr. Caballero received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and has been serving the Greater Houston area ever since. Dr. Caballero has practiced dentistry in a variety of settings such as group practice, mobile dentistry, and public health. But it was private practice that really allowed Dr. Caballero to utilize her expertise and knowledge gained from her multifaceted experiences.

When she isn't taking care of patients, Dr. Caballero enjoys reading, dancing, and being a patron of the fine arts. Dr. Caballero is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society. In addition to membership in the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Caballero also attends continuing education courses with the Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Study.

Martin C. Cuellar


Dr. Martin Cuellar was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas where he attended and graduated from Brownsville High School. Subsequently, he attended the University of Texas College of Pharmacy in Austin where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.

He actively practiced Pharmacy in Laredo, McAllen, and Edinburg for four years after his graduation. He then attended the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1970.

He has been awarded both a Fellowship and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. He has attended continuing education training at the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and is a member of the L.D. Pankey Alumni Association. He is a member of the American Equilibration Society and attends their annual 2-day meeting in Chicago on advanced dental concepts.

Dr. Cuellar is also a member of the Greater Houston Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
